Provider Support

The Columbiana County Board of DD now has resources dedicated to supporting our providers and those wanting to become providers to ensure that we continue to deliver impeccable services to individuals in Columbiana County. The Provider Compliance and Relations Specialist is available to assist agency and independent providers with becoming certified, recertified, as well as offer all required training for providers and their staff.

Provider Training

Available Training:

  • assist providers with on-going requirements of provider certification
  • meet the annual training requirements
  • required new-hire training
  • develop skills for enhanced service provision

If you are seeking a certification from DODD as an independent provider or the CEO of an agency, you are required to have a criminal background check. These candidates need to have results sent directly to DODD.

If you are an agency provider, we are able to conduct the background checks for your potential employees and have the results sent directly to your agency.
